Sunday October 19th at Hot Yoga Cork we’ll host Jasmine Nash International Yogi for the second time this year at HYC
We have 2 parts of the day. You are welcome to attend just the class or just the workshop but we definitely recommend coming to both to get the most out of the experience.
10am-11:30am Intermediate Hot Yoga Class
11:30-12:15pm Break, shower, change etc. Tea/Coffee and some yummy snacks will be provided
12:15pm-2:45pm Posture Technique Workshop

This Intermediate class Jasmine teaches is a 90-minute hot class that uses the foundation of the Hot Yoga 26&2 to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique. No advanced skills are required however its advised that attendees should have a minimum of 10 hot classes completed so they are familiar with the poses.
Based on our Hot Yoga 26 class. You’ll have the chance to explore poses with guidance and support from Jasmine Nash. Focusing on posture technique, you’ll have the opportunity to both try postures, watch demonstrations and other visuals. We’ll cover “The big 4” Standing Head to knee pose, Standing bow pose, Triangle pose, Camel pose and dig deep into these postures but also cover other poses as questions arise.
There will have ample chances to ask questions and even send questions in advance.
This is a great way to create more focus and motivation in your weekly practice.*

Josephs in studio workshops went down a treat at BYC in Feb. Now Joseph will show us techniques (you’ll need a tennis ball) that will loosen tension in the soft tissue of the body. With a focus on the muscles of the neck and shoulders leaving us free to move efficiently without tension or pain.
Sile supports individuals and organisations in becoming more effective through coaching. Sile will be speaking about the challenges of nurturing connection during Covid and how we can nurture connection with ourselves and others during challenging times.
