We’re really excited to bring you our new Winter Wellness Challenge. Being healthy and motivated as we move into the colder Winter season isn’t easy but that’s why we’re here. As we face another lockdown BYC has teamed up with three Cork health experts and a local charity to put together a Winter Wellness Challenge for anyone(everyone) who wants to improve their physical and mental health.
We’ll bring you lots of great yoga and hot pilates classes to help you stay active and energetic as well as talks from our favourite health professionals on Parenting in a Pandemic, Nutrition, Neck & Shoulders techniques to relieve tension. Tickets for the challenge are available now, we will start 2nd Nov and the last day to purchase/join is 15th Nov.
Start anytime from Monday 2nd to Sunday 15th Nov.
Complete 3 classes per week for 5 weeks. You can choose Yin/Bikram/Hot Pilates/Vinyasa either Live on Zoom or after at a time that suits you via our Virtual Library. Each week we’ll keep track of what you completed and at the end you (free friggin amazing) and are in with a chance to win a free private class for you and 5 friends as well as lots of other fun goodies.
Karen is passionate about health and the prevention of illness with a food first approach. She will be teaching us about gut health, how to reduce stress and increase energy. A fountain of knowledge on all things nutrition and health, Karen is not to be missed.
Catherine will be answering your questions on all things parenting. From the cradle to the grave there are many challenge when it comes to family relationships and dynamics. Catherines helps us to create more peace and harmony in the home.
Josephs in studio workshops went down a treat at BYC in Feb. Now Joseph will show us techniques (you’ll need a tennis ball) that will loosen tension in the soft tissue of the body. With a focus on the muscles of the neck and shoulders leaving us free to move efficiently without tension or pain.
Sile supports individuals and organisations in becoming more effective through coaching. Sile will be speaking about the challenges of nurturing connection during Covid and how we can nurture connection with ourselves and others during challenging times.
