Yoga 1 Hour Class(suitable for over 16’s) We will guide you through this invigorating but simple yoga class suitable for all levels.
YogaRunYoga Will include 20min of yoga, 2k run through scenic Fota wildlife park followed by 20min yoga cool down and relaxation.
Family Friendly Yoga Join us for some fun on the mat and with your little ones welcome to this class we’ll enjoy embracing lots of wild animals poses and a little silliness ?

For the person who would like to combine activity and exercise with their trip to Ireland’s Wildest Attraction!
We hope to run the classes outdoors, however if its raining the Yoga class will go ahead but will move indoors.
