Class Cancellation Policy
You can book classes up to 13 days in advance.
Cancellations are allowed up to 8 hours before class without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in losing the class credit or a €10 fee for unlimited members
Membership, what to expect:
- Payments recur every 30 days.
- Monthly receipts are available in the HYC app or login in via our website.
- Cancel anytime with no commitment by emailing [email protected] (
allow 5 days for processing). - With advance notice you can pause your membership for a minimum 2 weeks period. Maximum of 3 pauses per yr allowed.
