We understand that sometimes you want something non heated too. We offer two wonderful non-heated classes: Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga.
Yin Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and energizing practice that emphasizes fluid movement and breath coordination. This style of yoga primarily targets the muscles, offering a physically invigorating experience. Each class begins with a flow of standing and balancing poses that warm up the spine and strengthen the legs and glutes, followed by a gentle cool-down sequence. Every session is unique, with variations in postures and focus, ensuring you always experience something new. Vinyasa Yoga is suitable for mixed levels, helping you build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.
Cancellation Policy
We have an 8-hour cancellation policy for our non-heated yoga classes. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 8 hours before your class begins. Failure to cancel within this timeframe, or absence from the class, may result in the loss of the session or a temporary pause in your booking privileges.
